After being a part of GP for over 8 years in various roles such as HR Manager and Operation Manager, Diệu Trần has significantly contributed to numerous projects. Diệu Trần has particularly excelled in managing and overseeing the company's operations, including:

• Developing human resource strategies and structures and implementing efficient personnel management to ensure the availability of capable personnel tailored to project requirements.
• Establishing processes, issuing procedures, and monitoring compliance to uphold the highest project quality standards.
• Cultivating a solid corporate culture.
• Coordinating personnel and actively participating in key projects, with strengths in logistics management and event planning.
